Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice whenever possible if you are unable to attend. Missed appointments result in others waiting unnecessarily to be seen. Appointments failed or cancelled without adequate notice are chargeable.

Emergencies

If you have a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis.

Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity. If you call as early as possible we can usually fit you in the same day.

Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and week-ends by calling our practice and following our answerphone instructions.
